Poems: John M. Bennett

    blink the needle
    married in yr eye
    flapper at the whirl
    shoe stipulation
    sausage twisted fort
    congele was throat
    chucked up 'n gangling:
    ladder lock, tape
    chewed, sew the
    sandwich to yr shirt

    Fecal

    sandwich fault crevasse
    chewed an rung the
    ladder ants gate
    chucked out. o gate
    congele yr beaut sleeve
    sausage, mortar lumped yr
    shoe bowl, walk away
    flapper, shake the comb
    married in yr dribble.
    blink a phone, all extension

    storm floating toward the
    spoon eye wreath of
    clouds crumbs scud inside your
    pocket labio sees, beach nor
    thought crud, lock et
    danse between your, stay and
    blow my while, clay
    feelers, nice 'n slick
    dock slants away thinks of
    sinking, face or mud

    Eye

    sinking clavo toward your
    dock shoe brims, taste my
    feelings snapping in the
    blow corner whistles ah
    danse 'n ducking! take a
    thought 'n wash blinked
    pocket oscillation through some
    clouds your cheek heaves
    spoon ejection, your still thigh
    storms forward off the boat
