Notes

This issue marks the last of Thunder Sandwich on a quarterly basis. The next issue will appear January 1--unless I determine in the meantime to cease operations altogether. In that case, notice will be posted.

Again during this past cycle I had to reject out of hand so many submissions simply because no attention was paid to the guidelines. In the most blatant instances, the files went into the waste basket without a response. I simply don't have the time to waste on people who seem set on making my life as difficult as possible.

And thanks to the few members of the "old guard" who have stuck with TS through thick and thin. Each issue a few more drop away, but that's OK--there are lots of decent writers and artists out there to replace them.  I stopped sending out submission calls long ago and that no doubt accounts for some of the missing. And too, there are 'zines considered far more hip than TS at this point.

If anyone spots a problem/typo/etc., please notify me and I will correct it in short order. It's best to be polite and not curse and rage as several have, however; their pages have wound up gone, and henceforth anyone who shows his or her ass in such a stupid fashion will wind up as a Thunder Bucket feature as well. I'm in dour need of material for the bucket, so just try me. -:)

Also…..

No need to inquire how to have a chapbook published by TS. I'm not publishing chaps right now and if I do in the future I will solicit material.

If you want to submit a collection for the online chap site, please use the address listed on that site.

Finally, I'd like to thank those who have written and said how much easier the recent zines have been to navigate. We went through a somewhat pretentious period for a couple years several years back, and those issues sometimes resemble a maze. I've gone back to the basics and left the fancy stuff for the artsy-fartsy crowd. They are welcome to it.
