She Said something about me drinking this weekend but I said I wasn't going to and she laughed because she didn't believe me and I said I don't drink every weekend and then she gave me that look so I added just most of them Six Bits my father would sit at the kitchen table listening to the radio because he was blind and didn't watch TV just sat in his chair all day long listening to the same station and sometimes I sat with him talking or just letting the sound of the radio surround us and when he was feeling good he would pound on the table and chant shave and a haircut six bits and laugh [Index] |
